Students interview the staff!

We have such wonderful staff working at Harbor School, that we thought it wasn’t fair to keep them all to ourselves! Every couple of weeks, two different high school students will choose a staff member (chosen at random) to interview. The students think of their own questions to ask, and then writes them down on a special interview record sheet (see example). Once both students have six questions each, they go to the chosen staff member to interview them.
