Happy Summer! On July 7, we will welcome back many of our students for our Extended Year Program here at Harbor School. The summer program offers our students a great opportunity to enhance academic, social, and life skills through highly motivating activities, events and community outings. The summer program features bowling, swimming, and a day at Spray N Play, a unique playground designed for children with special needs.The summer session also includes our music and dance programs, as well as our own Summer Olympics! Many of our classes plan community trips to the Monmouth Mall and Wolcott Park to practice the many social and communication skills they are learning.We look forward to a fun-filled six weeks. For those not attending this program, we look forward to seeing you on our first day of school on September 3, 2008!
