Olympic Fever Hits Harbor School!

The Olympics Have Come to Harbor! 

Our Adapted Phys Ed Teacher, Miss Jenn Bogin, has turned our gym into the Olympic Village for her classes.

Miss Jenn has set up different “events” around the gym for the students to “compete” in.  Each station is based on actual Olympic sports ( ski jump, figure skating and more) and is adapted in a fun way for the students to use all the skills they have been learning throughout the year in gym.  During the classes, the Olympic anthem plays as students rotate through all the events.

This has been a hands on learning experience for the students to learn about the Olympics and how hard work can make anything happen.

Plus, it’s a lot of fun!
