Special Olympics Bocce Ball 2018

This past Sunday, May 6th 2018, Harbor School’s Bocce Ball teams competed at the New Jersey Special Olympics. Athletes from all over New Jersey came to participate and even though it was a bit overcast, that didn’t deter from the athletes concentration or their support teams!

Thank you to Miss Jenn Bogin (Harbor’s APE Teacher), Miss Liz (Harbor assistant) and Miss Briana (Harbor assistant) for coaching the team again this year.

Also, thank you to the parents for driving the athletes to the sports complex.

We would also like to thank the New Jersey Special Olympics for such a wonderful organization that gives our special athletes a platform to shine in.
