PTA Halloween Dance Information
Saturday, October 20th from 2:30 – 5:00 p.m. in our gym
Come and have some fun while helping Harbor School PTA!
We are looking for volunteers / family members to help with the following:
Set up (1:30 – 2:30 pm)
Clean up (5:00 – 6:00 pm)
During the event, we will also need help serving desserts, snacks, etc.
Snacks and drink donations are greatly appreciated. Donated items can be sent to school on Friday, October 19th. You can also bring them with you on the day of the event. We need the following items:
Small individual snacks (small bags of chips, pretzels, etc.)
Cases of small water bottles
Juice boxes or Capri Sun drinks.
If you haven’t already done so, please send the attached form as soon as possible with cash or checks payable to Harbor School PTA in an envelope marked “Halloween Dance”. You can also pay at the door!
